Terms of service.

Effective date: 2026-05-05 · Last updated: 2026-05-05

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and znode labs ("znode", "we", "us") governing your use of the znode website and services. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

znode provides a multi-chain blockchain RPC platform that proxies JSON-RPC and related requests to supported networks (the "Service"). Supported networks evolve over time; the current list is shown on our pricing page and dashboard.

2. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. Treat your API keys as passwords.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members and any third party using your API keys.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions and export controls
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Send malware, phishing, or other malicious payloads through our infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or network
  • Reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law
  • Resell, sublicense, or proxy the Service to third parties without a written agreement
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or other technical restrictions
  • Run benchmarks or load tests beyond your plan's limits without prior written consent

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. For severe abuse we may act without prior notice to protect the Service and other users.

4. Plans, pricing, and billing

  • Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing paid subscribers.
  • Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
  • You authorize us, through our payment processor (Stripe), to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
  • Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may apply and will be added where required by law.

5. Cancellation and refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in your order form.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days.

6. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on free or default paid plans. Enterprise customers may agree to a separate Service Level Agreement. Scheduled maintenance and emergency security work may briefly impact availability.

7. Your data and content

You retain all rights to data you transmit through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your blockchain traffic, transactions, or workspace content. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, brand, and documentation are owned by znode and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Subject to these Terms we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during the term of your subscription. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

9. Third-party blockchain networks

The Service interacts with third-party blockchain networks (Tron, BSC, and others we add over time). We do not operate these networks and are not responsible for their availability, behavior, or any losses arising from network state, forks, outages, gas costs, or smart-contract bugs. You are solely responsible for the transactions you submit.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, znode and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you to znode in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless znode from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any third- party right.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us, other users, or third parties. You may close your account at any time from your settings; closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of pre-paid fees.

14. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-Service notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which znode labs operates. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, those rights are preserved. The specific governing-law clause will be finalized prior to general availability — contact [email protected] for current details.

16. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and any documents they reference are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
  • Notices. We will send notices to the email address on your account; you may send notices to [email protected].
