What counts as a request?
Every successful JSON-RPC call. Batch requests count as the number of calls in the batch. Failed requests (4xx, 5xx) are not billed.
Overage policy
Hitting the monthly cap returns 429 with MONTHLY_QUOTA_EXCEEDED. Upgrade to lift it immediately, or wait until the 1st of the next month (UTC).
Refunds & cancellation
Cancel from the billing page any time — access continues until the period ends. Pre-paid fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
